Famous quotes containing the words quicksilver, messenger and/or service:

    the quicksilver art
    Throws back the invisible but lightning mass
    To inhabit the room; for I have seen it part
    The palpable air....

    Year after year in gloom, and desolate despair;
    A messenger of Hope comes every night to me,
    And offers for short life, eternal liberty.

    George Grosz (1893–1959)
