Quesada is a district in the canton of San Carlos in the province of Alajuela in Costa Rica. It includes Ciudad Quesada, the capital city of San Carlos. The district of Quesada covers an area of 145.31 km², and has a population of 39,139, most of whom live in Ciudad Quesada. The district includes 22 barrios and 18 poblados in addition to Ciudad Quesada.
