Quentin Ivory Lowry (born November 11, 1955 in Cleveland, Ohio) is a former American football linebacker in the National Football League for the Washington Redskins and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. He played college football at Youngstown State University and was drafted in the 12th round of the 1979 NFL Draft by the Dallas Cowboys.
