Demolition
The fate of the Pool Complex is undecided, although the stadium section will be demolished. The track was severely damaged, as well as the seating. This stadium refects the post 22nd Feb. 2011 of the Eastern suburbs, it has been down for repair, then partial demolition and now as of August 2012 total eradication. As of October 2012, the outer stands gone, the internal structure gutted, and work is half way through it's outer structure, no-one has yet to put foreward a clear future for this park East of Christchurch CBD.
