Phyla-Vell
After Annihilus' defeat, the Quantum Bands came into the possession of Phyla-Vell, who commented that when given the option, the bands "chose" a good host rather than an evil one. After a period of struggling with the legacy of Quasar, Phyla relinquished the bands to become an avatar of Death.
