QuarkCopyDesk (often only CopyDesk) is a professional word processing software product made by Quark, Inc..
There are two versions of QuarkCopyDesk available: One is sold with Quark's editorial system QPS and one is sold standalone. Both versions are tightly integrated with QuarkXPress.
