The Quantico (Amtrak station) is located at 550 Railroad Avenue at Potomac Avenue in Quantico, Virginia. It also serves the Virginia Railway Express Fredericksburg Line. Quantico Station was originally built by the Richmond, Fredericksburg and Potomac Railroad in 1953. The station is practically dominated, if not surrounded, by the Quantico Marine Base.
