Qian Liu (simplified Chinese: 钱镠; traditional Chinese: 錢鏐; pinyin: Qián Liú) (March 10, 852-May 6, 932), courtesy name Jumei (具美), nickname Poliu (婆留), formally King Wusu of Wuyue (吳越武肅王) with the temple name of Taizu (太祖), was founder and first king of the Kingdom of Wuyue (907-978) during the Five Dynasties and Ten Kingdoms Period, ruling over roughly modern Zhejiang on the east coast of China.
