The Planes

The planes are made using a variety of methods as encountered with other types of fixed-wing model aircraft, ranging from traditional built-up balsa and lite-ply construction to a full-composite moulded model. The planes are fitted with a standard four-channel aircraft radio. Although the models may be hand-launched, an undercarriage is permitted to facilitate take-offs and landings. Engine size varies from 6.5cc (.40 cu. in.) to 7.5cc (.46 cu. in.). ZCZc
