Prudnik

Prudnik (German: Neustadt in Oberschlesien; 1708 Königlich Neustadt, 1818–1908 Neustadt i. Ob. Schles., 1908–1945 Neustadt O.S') is a town in Poland, located in the southern part of Opole Voivodeship. Its population numbers 26,400 inhabitants (2005). It is the capital of Prudnik County.
