Famous quotes containing the words policy and/or making:
“Maybe its understandable what a history of failures Americas foreign policy has been. We are, after all, a country full of people who came to America to get away from foreigners. —P.J. (Patrick Jake)
“It was odd how one found oneself making trivial conversation on important occasions. Perhaps it was because one could not say what was really in ones mind.”
—Barbara Pym (19131980)
