Pharmacia

Pharmacia is the modern transliteration of the Greek word Pharmakeia which means pharmacy the making and despencing of poisons, pharmaceuticals or medicines as well as cosmetics, lotions, perfumes etc. The word is used in many places in the world to mean pharmacy. Pharmacia was also the name of a pharmaceutical and biotechnological company in Sweden.
