Famous quotes containing the words personal, computer and/or hardware:

Children’s lives are not shaped solely by their families or immediate surroundings at large. That is why we must avoid the false dichotomy that says only government or only family is responsible. . . . Personal values and national policies must both play a role.
    Hillary Rodham Clinton (20th century)

Family life is not a computer program that runs on its own; it needs continual input from everyone.
    Neil Kurshan (20th century)

If it had not been for her continual criticism and persistent nagging doubt as to my ability, this book would have appeared in Harper’s instead of The Hardware Age.”
    Brenda Ueland (1891–1985)
