Park Extension is served by two Montreal Metro stations on the blue line" Acadie metro station and Parc.
It is also served by Parc commuter rail station on the Blainville-Saint-Jérôme Line of the Agence métropolitaine de transport. Parc station is adjacent to the old Park Avenue railway station, which operated between 1931 and 1984. It is now owned by Loblaws which operates a Joe Fresh outlet there.
