Oxnard Airport

Oxnard Airport (IATA: OXR, ICAO: KOXR, FAA LID: OXR) is a county-owned public-use airport located one nautical mile (2 km) west of the central business district of Oxnard, a city in Ventura County, California, United States. The airport is mostly used for general aviation and has not had scheduled passenger service since June 8, 2010, when United Express (operated by SkyWest) ended service from Oxnard to Los Angeles International Airport.

As per Federal Aviation Administration records, the airport had 15,961 passenger boardings (enplanements) in calendar year 2008, 12,060 enplanements in 2009, and 4,074 in 2010. It is included in the National Plan of Integrated Airport Systems for 2011–2015, which categorized it as a primary commercial service airport (since it had over 10,000 enplanements in 2009).
