Outdoor Recreational Areas

Over one half of the area of Overton Park is dedicated to general outdoor recreation and/or environmental preservation. Activities include picnicking, jogging, hiking, nature study and some team sports. An off-leash area is under development for dogs. These areas are under management by the Overton Park Conservancy.
