Otyugh

In the Dungeons & Dragons fantasy roleplaying game, the otyugh (pronounced /ˈɒtjəɡ/ or /ˈɒtjuː/), or gulguthra, is a type of fictional monster. The otyugh was introduced in the first edition Advanced Dungeons & Dragons game's original Monster Manual sourcebook, created by Gary Gygax.
