One Clear Voice

One Clear Voice (1995) is the fifth solo album for music artist Peter Cetera and his fourth album since leaving the group Chicago. This album is his first album to include more than one duet: the songs "(I Wanna Take) Forever Tonight" (with Crystal Bernard) and "S.O.S." (with Ronna Reeves), in addition to being the first solo album in which he does a remake of a song he cut with Chicago, "Happy Man". In 2005, the Compendia label re-issued the whole package under a new design, title and sequencing, entitled Faithfully.

Famous quotes containing the words clear and/or voice:

When a man speaks the truth in the spirit of truth, his eye is as clear as the heavens. When he has base ends, and speaks falsely, the eye is muddy and sometimes asquint.
    Ralph Waldo Emerson (1803–1882)

During depression the world disappears. Language itself. One has nothing to say. Nothing. No small talk, no anecdotes. Nothing can be risked on the board of talk. Because the inner voice is so urgent in its own discourse: How shall I live? How shall I manage the future? Why should I go on?
    Kate Millett (b. 1934)
