The Bayer designation Omega Scorpii (ω Sco, ω Scorpii) is shared by two stars, ω¹ Scorpii and ω² Scorpii, in the constellation Scorpius. They are separated by 0.24° on the sky. Omega Scorpii also has the traditional name Jabhat al Akrab, which is derived from the Arabic جبهة العقرب jabhat al-caqrab meaning " forehead of the scorpion".
