Omaha Steaks began marketing on the internet in 1990 on CompuServe. Omahasteaks.com, launched in 1995, is the company’s fastest growing business segment. The company became part of the Microsoft Network in 1998. In 2011, Omaha Steaks launched a website for mobile devices and released the Steak Time applications for iPhone and iPad. Steak Time features how-to videos, tips, and recipes.
