Oliver Mowat
Sir Oliver Mowat, GCMG PC QC (July 22, 1820 – 1903) was the first Premier of Ontario, Lieutenant Governor of Ontario and Fathers of Confederation.
Mowat was born in Kingston, Ontario to John Mowat and Helen Levack.
