- Old Earth Ministries (OEM), formerly Answers in Creation (AIC), is a privately held non-profit website founded in 2003. OEM is a web-based creation science ministry with a focus on challenging young Earth creationism. In 2012, the site changed its name to avoid confusion with Answers in Genesis.
