Okadaic Acid

Okadaic acid is a toxin that accumulates in bivalves and causes diarrheal shellfish poisoning. The molecular formula of okadaic acid, which is a derivative of a C₃₈ fatty acid, is C₄₄H₆₈O₁₃.
