Norepinephrine
Norepinephrine (INN) (abbreviated norepi or NE), or noradrenaline (BAN) (abbreviated NA, NAd, or norad), is a catecholamine with multiple roles including as a hormone and a neurotransmitter. Areas of the body that produce or are affected by norepinephrine are described as noradrenergic.
