No. 2 Squadron, also known as No. II (AC) Squadron, of the Royal Air Force and No. 13 Squadron RAF are the only two RAF squadrons operating the Tornado GR4 and GR4A aircraft in a reconnaissance role. Both squadrons are based at RAF Marham, Norfolk.
No. 2 Squadron's traditional Army Co-Operation role is reflected in the "AC" of its title, its motto Hereward (Guardian of the Army), and the symbol of a Wake knot on its crest. Its unofficial nickname is "Shiny Two".

All youve got to do is to remember what youve learned and follow your squadron leaders. Theyll get you in, and theyll get you out. Any questions? All right thats all. Good luck to you. Give em hell.”
