Components of Peripheral Nerve Fiber
Each peripheral nerve fiber contains:
- An axon (or a long dendrite of sensory fiber that also is known as an axon)
- Axolemma
- Myelin sheath (if existence)
- Schwann's sheath (neurolemma)
- Endoneurium
