Neilston Juniors Football Club are a Scottish junior football team based in the village of Neilston, East Renfrewshire.

Formed on the 4 June 1945, Neilston Juniors play at Brig O' Lea Stadium which is one of only a handful of junior grounds to have floodlights installed, The team kit consists of Home top which is Red shirts, White shorts and Red socks the Away top consists of Black Shirts, White shorts and Black socks. The club have had a few brushes with glory in the 1998/99 season they won the Sectional League Cup Final beating Ballieston 5-0 at Motherwells Fir Park, the 2002/2003 season they came within goal difference of winning the newly formed Super League losing out to Pollok Fc and the 2005/06 season they won the Super League First Division and the Sectional League Cup Final beating East Kilbride Thistle on penalties after a 0-0 draw at Partick Thistle's Firhill Stadium. After winning the West Super League Division One championship in season 2005–06, they were promoted back into the Premier Division but after a dreadful season were relegated to the West Super League Division One after another dreadful season in this league they were then relegated to the Central Division One where they remain after faling to be promoted back last season under the guidance of Bobby Crilly & John Doyle. The current mangemet is ex player Robert Fox who is in charge after the sacking of Bobby Crilly & John Doyle following there poor start to the 2011/12 season and negative tactics.
