Convention & Exposition
The annual NRB Convention & Exposition is a four-day event held annually at the Gaylord Opryland Resort & Convention Center in Nashville, TN. The Convention provides continuing education through seminars and workshops, along with being a resource for peer-to-peer industry networking. The Exposition Floor is a large marketplace dedicated to Christian media professionals, where more than 200 vendors and ministries showcase their products and services on 130,000 square feet of exhibit space.
Thousands of individuals from across the United States and around the world attend the NRB Convention & Exposition each year. Attendees typically include Christian radio and television broadcasters, Internet web developers, church media ministries, new media professionals, public relations firms, publishers, broadcast and communications students, and media/broadcast equipment producers and vendors. Non-members may attend the NRB Convention & Exposition, but discounts are provided to association members.

Famous quotes containing the words convention and/or exposition:
“Every one knows about the young man who falls in love with the chorus-girl because she can kick his hat off, and his sisters friends cant or wont. But the youth who marries her, expecting that all her departures from convention will be as agile or as delightful to him as that, is still the classic example of folly.”
—Katharine Fullerton Gerould (18791944)
“Hard times accounted in large part for the fact that the exposition was a financial disappointment in its first year, but Sally Rand and her fan dancers accomplished what applied science had failed to do, and the exposition closed in 1934 with a net profit, which was donated to participating cultural institutions, excluding Sally Rand.”
—For the State of Illinois, U.S. public relief program (1935-1943)
