Wine
The Wine project has working implementations of the Direct3D 8, 9 and 10 APIs (they are, as of 23 July 2012, 100%, 78% and 79% complete respectively). Wine's implementation can also be on Windows under certain conditions. Work on implementing Direct3D 10 began in Wine 1.1.7, using OpenGL via WGL.
