• Japan Air Self-Defense Force operates Mitsubishi F-15J and F-15DJ fighters.

Saudi Arabia

• Royal Saudi Air Force has 70 F-15C/D (49 F-15C and 21 F-15D) Eagles in operation as of January 2011.

United States

• United States Air Force operate 254 F-15C/D aircraft (222 in the Active Air Force and 32 in the ANG) as of September 2010.
