Blackburn is married to Charles "Chuck" Blackburn, and they live in Brentwood, a wealthy suburb of Nashville. The couple has two children. Blackburn is Presbyterian. The Presbyterian Church is made up of several independent governing bodies known as denominations. The church Blackburn belongs to is affiliated with the Presbyterian Church in America. Blackburn is a member of The C Street Family, a prayer group which includes many members of Congress.
