Lycanthropy

Lycanthropy is the professed ability or power of a human being to transform into a wolf, or to gain wolf-like characteristics. The term comes from Greek Lykànthropos (Λυκάνθρωπος): λύκος, lykos ("wolf") + άνθρωπος, ànthrōpos ("human").
