Koji Uehara (上原 浩治, Uehara Kōji?, born April 3, 1975) is a Japanese Major League Baseball right-handed relief pitcher who is currently with the Boston Red Sox.
Uehara is a control pitcher, with a high-80s four-seam fastball (occasionally reaches 92 mph) and a forkball as his primary pitches.
