Kingaroy
Kingaroy ( /kɪŋəˈrɔɪ/) is an agricultural town in Queensland, Australia, approximately 210 kilometres (130 mi) or about 2½ hours drive north-west of the state capital Brisbane. The town is situated on the junction of the D'Aguilar and the Bunya Highways. At the 2006 census, Kingaroy had a population of 7,620, a significant increase from the 2001 census figure of 7,147.
