The first six seasons were released on DVD by Fox Home Entertainment. The seventh season was originally going to be released in late 2006 but due to low DVD sales, the release was cancelled. This has caused an outrage amongst fans of the show, many of them have sent letters to Fox and started online petitions to get the rest of the series out on DVD. However, the complete series is available for streaming on Netflix and Amazon Instant Video in the United States. Also in November 2011, all seasons became available for download on the iTunes Store.
