School Song
At the end of each school term the school song (similar to the song at King Edward's School) is sung. It is also usual for the rugby teams to sing this song after a rugby match victory, especially if the win is over a rival school.

Famous quotes containing the words school and/or song:
“School days, school days; dear old golden rule days.
Readin and ritin and rithmetic; taught to the tune of a hickry stick.”

“But see, the Virgin blest
Hath laid her Babe to rest:
Time is our tedious song should here have ending;
Heavens youngest teemed star,
Hath fixed her polished car,
Her sleeping Lord with handmaid lamp attending;
And all about the courtly stable,
Bright-harnessed angels sit in order serviceable.”
—John Milton (16081674)
