Kid Devil

Red Devil (Edward Alan "Eddie" Bloomberg), formerly known as Kid Devil, was a superhero in the DC Comics universe. Created by Alan Kupperberg, Dan Mishkin, and Gary Cohn, he first appeared in Blue Devil #14.
