Khoo is married to Wee Leng, she is an adventurer in her own right. She was in the Singapore National Dragon Boat Team, Co-leader of 1st Singapore Team to Eco-Challenge Sabah 2000 and has completed 2 marathons. Wee Leng is the 1st Singaporean woman to climb Aconcagua (6962m), the highest peak in South America and one of the 7 Summits that Khoo has climbed. Together they have a son and daughter.
