Ketoconazole
Ketoconazole ( /ˌkiːtɵˈkoʊnəzɒl/) is a synthetic antifungal drug used to prevent and treat fungal skin infections, especially in immunocompromised patients such as those with AIDS or those on chemotherapy. Ketoconazole is sold commercially as an antidandruff shampoo, topical cream, and oral tablet.
