Ticketing Facilities
Kenley station is fairly well-served for ticketing facilities:
The ticket office located in the booking hall on Platform 1 is open for most of the day until the late hours of the evening, providing a full-range of walk-up ticket products, advance bookings, long-distance travel and general journey planning and advice. Oyster/PAYG cards are available for purchase from the ticket office, however travel products and top-up credit for Oyster cards can only be purchased from the 'QuickTicket' machine on Platform 1.
There are two self-service 'QuickTicket' machines available at the station. One of them is located under the canopy on Platform 1. This machine accepts cash and card payments, provides a full-range of walk-up travel and car parking products, pre-booked ticket collection and Oyster/PAYG products / top-up. The second is located outside the entrance to Platform 2 on the opposite side of the station. This machine accepts cash and card payments, offers a full-range of travel and car parking products as well as pre-booked ticket collection. Oyster/PAYG products are currently not available from this machine, however will be available in the near future.
