Education

Joseph was educated at Lockers Park School in Hemel Hempstead in Hertfordshire, followed by Harrow School in Harrow in north-west London, and Magdalen College at the University of Oxford, where he studied Jurisprudence, obtaining first class honours. Shortly thereafter he was elected a Fellow of All Souls College.
