Trinley Thaye Dorje
Thaye Dorje was born on 6 May 1983 in Lhasa, Tibet. His father is Mipham Rinpoche, the reincarnation of a very important lama of the Nyingma school.
At age eleven, he was formally enthroned at the Karmapa International Buddhist Institute in New Delhi.
