Julie Morgan AM (born 2 November 1944) is a British Labour Party politician, who was the Member of Parliament (MP) for Cardiff North from 1997 until 2010; she is married to former First Minister of Wales, Rhodri Morgan. Julie Morgan won the Cardiff North seat in the Welsh Assembly in the 2011 elections.
