Honours
In 1985, Pelletier was made a Member of the Order of Canada in recognition for having "played a pivotal role in many social, cultural and philanthropic organizations in the Old Capital". He was promoted to Officer in 2003 in recognition for having "dedicated his life to public service". In 1990, he was made an Officer of the National Order of Quebec.
