During his senior season, Westbrook was 9–1 with a 1.11 ERA and 110 strikeouts in 63 innings. Westbrook married his high school sweetheart, Heather Daniels, on December 12, 1998. The couple has two sons — Jacob Parker (born September 27, 2005) and Keaton Daniels Westbrook (born November 15, 2007) — and a daughter (born September 9, 2010). They reside in Danielsville, GA. and also have a home in Germantown, TN.

Famous quotes containing the words early, personal and/or life:
“Here is this vast, savage, howling mother of ours, Nature, lying all around, with such beauty, and such affection for her children, as the leopard; and yet we are so early weaned from her breast to society, to that culture which is exclusively an interaction of man on man,a sort of breeding in and in, which produces at most a merely English nobility, a civilization destined to have a speedy limit.”
—Henry David Thoreau (18171862)
“[The election] ... was an event in which, so far as the personal side is concerned, the victory was to him who lost and the defeat to him who won. I can say that never in the last fifteen years have I had the peace of mind that I have since the election. I have almost a feeling of elation.”
—Herbert Hoover (18741964)
“In our rhythm of earthly life we tire of light. We are glad when the day ends, when the play ends; and ecstasy is too much pain.”
—T.S. (Thomas Stearns)
