Jacques Delors

Jacques Lucien Jean Delors (born 20 July 1925) is a French economist and politician, the eighth President of the European Commission and the first person to serve three terms in that office (between January 1985 and December 1994). He is the father of Martine Aubry, the leader of the Socialist Party of France.
