Ivan Alexandrovich Goncharov (Russian: Ива́н Алекса́ндрович Гончаро́в, Ivan Aleksandrovič Gončarov; 18 June 1812 – 27 September 1891) was a Russian novelist best known as the author of Oblomov (1859).
