Alleged Links With The U.S. Neoconservative Lobby
The ISCA is alleged to have links to the non-Muslim neoconservative lobby in the United States, hence explaining the groups hatred for the "wahhabi" movement. Kabbani allegedly thanked UK Foreign Secretary Jack Straw in 2005 for the role the UK played in the Middle East, saying: “We are glad to see changes taking place in the political mechanisms in the Middle East. We hope to see an end to tyranny and we are happy to observe a strong upsurge in freedom of speech, freedom of belief and political openness in the region.”
As of 23 September 2009, its website features photos of its officials meeting with George W. Bush, the US Joint Chiefs of Staff, and UK Crown Prince Charles. The ISCA is praised by Daniel Pipes, who describes it as "relatively small".

Famous quotes containing the words alleged, links and/or lobby:
“Most observers of the French Revolution, especially the clever and noble ones, have explained it as a life-threatening and contagious illness. They have remained standing with the symptoms and have interpreted these in manifold and contrary ways. Some have regarded it as a merely local ill. The most ingenious opponents have pressed for castration. They well noticed that this alleged illness is nothing other than the crisis of beginning puberty.”
—Novalis [Friedrich Von Hardenberg] (17721801)
“My sister and I, you will recollect, were twins, and you know how subtle are the links which bind two souls which are so closely allied.”
—Sir Arthur Conan Doyle (18591930)
“The indifferent clerk he knowing what was going to happen
The lobby zombies they knowing what
The whistling elevator man he knowing
The winking bellboy knowing
Everybody knowing! Id be almost inclined not to do anything!”
—Gregory Corso (b. 1930)
