According to Islamic law the importance of a husband fulfilling his wife's desire by commencing loving words and sensual caressing prior to sexual intercourse is stressed. It is also a consensus in fiqh that Sodomy is forbidden as according to various hadith texts (see Islamic views on anal sex).
