Units
The Headquarters, IANG is located in Camp Lincoln, Springfield. Other subordinate units include:
- 126th Air Refueling Wing
- 182d Airlift Wing
- 183d Fighter Wing
- 217th Engineering Installation Squadron
- 264th Combat Communications Squadron
The 183d Fighter Wing will lose their F-16 aircraft as a result of the DOD's 2005 BRAC (base re-alignment and closing); however, the base will remain open, serving as a maintenance depot for the F-16 aircraft engines.
